Every student receives personalised support based on their strengths, weaknesses and goals. Rather than simply teaching the specification from start to finish, each lesson follows a structured approach designed to build understanding, develop exam technique and improve confidence over time.

Get Started in 3 Steps

Initial Assessment

In the initial assessment session, your child will complete a comprehensive diagnostic test, which shows where the skills or knowledge gaps are and what topics/areas present the greatest challenges.

Teach, Test, Try

In each session, we recap previous content and have a brief recall with a short taught session The bulk of the session is focused on exam paper training and then homework is given for between sessions to consolidate understanding.

Progress Tracking

Parents and students get access to after-session feedback. Each further session is tailored according to the progress made and challenges encountered. We review progress with periodic assessments covering what has been learnt over a short period.

The cost will be deducted from the first full session or monthly package if further tuition is booked within 14 days of the introductory session.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Yes, I offer a discounted no-obligation trial class to new students which gives them an opportunity to explore the online classroom and figure out if we are a good fit. During the trial, I will also assess the student’s current performance so as to determine a strategy going forwards. Trial sessions last an hour.

  • Trial sessions are £25 and last an hour.

    PAYG sessions are billed on a weekly basis and cost £70 per session.

    Monthly packages are billed at the start of each month and cost:

    • £270 (1 session weekly)

    • £480 (2 sessions weekly)

    • £690 (3 sessions weekly)

  • Yes - regular feedback is generally made available to parents/guardians immediately after a session, although some feedback may be visible to students. All feedback can be accessed from the dedicated online account.

  • Yes. When you first book a trial session, you will be asked for your payment details. These are securely handled by Stripe and your card details are not revealed to us. Auto-pay allows your payments to be collected automatically whenever you have a scheduled session and minimises disruptions.

  • Yes - in short, you can cancel or reschedule a 1:1 session up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time, subject to availability for any rescheduled slot.

    If a monthly package session is cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice, you’ll be issued a make-up credit which can be used to book an available slot.

  • Make-up credits are offered in place of a refund in the event of a cancellation (if the session had already been charged, and notice was provided over 24 hours.

    If a 1:1 session is cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or the learner doesn’t attend, the session is charged in full and is not refundable and cannot be rescheduled.

    If the student wishes to terminate their sessions indefinitely, a refund will be offered for any monthly package sessions that have not been used.
