Each lesson typically begins with a short teaching or revision segment, followed by guided practice using exam-style questions. Occasionally, I’ll leave a brief assignment on the board for you to complete in your own time, reinforcing what we’ve covered. At the start of the next session, we’ll have a quick recap to consolidate your understanding.

You may book a trial session (1-to-1 session or group session) by going to the Bookings page on the menu of the webpage. If you are an existing student, you can book sessions directly from your calendar in your online account.

Yes, individual (one-to-one) sessions are subject to availability. Each session lasts for an hour and also takes place in the online classroom. Sessions are billed on a weekly basis and cost £60 per session.

Yes — I offer small group classes of 6 - 9 students per class, with each class sub-divided into micro-groups so I can make contact with each student and have more focused time with each. These classes take place in the online classroom. Classes are billed on a monthly basis with a minimum one month commitment on sign-up and cost £150 a month.

When you first register for a student/parent account, you will be asked for your payment details. These are securely handled by Stripe and your card details are not revealed to me. Auto-pay allows your payments to be collected automatically when you have a scheduled session and minimises disruptions.

Yes — in short, try to cancel with as much notice as possible to avoid being charged. Cancellations made before the payment is processed will not be charged.
One-to-one lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged at the full rate.
Group sessions may only be cancelled by the tutor.

Groups: In the event of a cancellation by the tutor, a refund will be issued for the remainder of sessions billable for that month.
One-to-one: Make-up credits are offered in place of a refund in the event of a cancellation (if the session had already been charged, but was more than the 24 hour notice period). If the student wishes to terminate their sessions indefinitely, a refund will be offered minus any processing fees incurred.

Yes — regular feedback is shared with parents and students to track improvement and can be accessed at any time in the dedicated member portal.

Definitely — I focus on both subject mastery and exam strategy, including past paper practice and mark scheme analysis. I also offer practical tips on time management and revision strategies.
